She graduated Attached Music High School of Tokyo University of the Arts and the University as well, and later extended study at the Amsterdam Conservatory. Received a Newcomer Award from Tokyo University of the Arts.

 

【Career as Classical musician】

 Appeared as a piccolo player in the unpublished movie music world premiere project composed by Shostakovich (appreciated by his wife), Japanese classical performing arts-concert tours of contemporary music, etc., including numerous orchestras in Belgium, France, including the Netherlands, after participating those chamber music project  and being an assistant of professor of flute department at Amsterdam Conservatory, she returned to Japan in 2003.

 

【Collaboration】

Long-time Shinnai Shamisen (Fujimatsu Kikusaburo Muneya), other Japanese musical instruments and flamenco (flute and cante) collaborations, etc., art festivals in solo and group in Tokyo and other regions, cultural performance appearances, extra appearances in Tokyo orchestra and chamber orchestra etc. Her activities are wide.

 

Music such as Classic piece in jazz style by flute, Japanese piece in jazz style by Japanese bamboo flutes and few musical, few jazz and pops by vocal, currently she is playing in various places.

 

January 2014: Collaborative live performance featuring koto, jazz piano, and flute in Kagurazaka and Takamatsu.

July and August 2014: Concert tour in Tokyo and Holland for "Japanostalgie," a group active both in Japan and around the world (percussion, double bass, sho, koto, various flutes, and flutes).

 

August 2018: "Japanostalgie" live tour with sho and keyboard in Tokyo.

March 2019: Takamatsu live tour with "masKBand (piano & keyboard, guitar, percussion)."

 

 

July 2025: Sho & Flute "Japanostalgie" Live Tour in Holland
